Can You Claim Compensation If a Pedestrian Is Killed by a Train?
Yes, it is possible to claim compensation if a pedestrian is fatally struck by a train—particularly when the incident is the result of negligence by the transit authority, train operator, or another third party. - The spouse or domestic partner of the deceased
- Children or stepchildren
