Is It Possible to Get Compensation if a Loved One Dies in a Solo Motorcycle Accident?

A fatal motorcycle crash doesn’t always mean the rider was at fault. In California, compensation may still be available if the accident was caused by unsafe road conditions, defective equipment, or negligence by another party such as a construction company or government agency.

An experienced wrongful death attorney in California can review the circumstances of the crash to identify liability and pursue damages. These claims may cover funeral costs, lost income, and the emotional and financial impact on surviving family members.
