San Marcos, California – San Marcos was the scene of a serious DUI-related collision on Wednesday afternoon when a Nissan minivan and a Lexus sedan struck each other head-on at a neighborhood intersection.
The crash occurred around 3:23 p.m. at Cox Road and Mulberry Drive, leaving the Lexus driver, a 22-year-old man, with life-threatening injuries. He was transported immediately to a nearby hospital.
