San Diego, California – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries early Monday morning after being struck by a vehicle on a street in San Diego’s Midtown area, authorities reported.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the collision occurred around 5 a.m. near the intersection of Pacific Highway and Sassafras Street. The victim, described only as a male adult, was reportedly in the roadway when a southbound 2020 Chrysler Pacifica hit him.
