Victorville, California – A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries after a crash involving a pickup truck on Tuesday night, leading to a full investigation by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT).
The crash took place on June 10, 2025, along Hesperia Road, just north of Bear Valley Road, near the entrance to the Vons plaza closest to Del Taco.
Initial reports indicate that the driver of a Ford F-150 was attempting a left turn out of the shopping center when the collision happened. A red or maroon BMW motorcycle heading northbound struck the truck’s driver-side door.
Emergency crews administered CPR on-site before taking the injured rider to Desert Valley Hospital. The rider remained in critical condition at the time of transport, and no further updates have been made public.
Deputies closed Hesperia Road between Bear Valley Road and Jasmine Street for several hours while they examined the scene.
As of Wednesday morning, authorities have not released information regarding the truck driver or whether any citations or arrests have been made.
