Determining Fault in a Two-Car Accident
In California, determining fault in a two-car accident is essential for deciding who is financially responsible for damages. Police reports, witness statements, traffic laws, and accident reconstruction experts all play a role in establishing liability. Even partial fault can impact the amount of compensation you may receive.
If the accident resulted in a fatality, wrongful death attorneys can help surviving family members pursue justice and compensation. For non-fatal cases, experienced car accident lawyers in California can gather evidence, negotiate with insurance companies, and take your case to court if needed.
