Los Angeles, California – A bicyclist was struck and killed Wednesday night in a hit-and-run crash in the South Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles, authorities said.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded around 7:25 p.m. to the 700 block of East Vernon Avenue, between Avalon Boulevard and McKinley Avenue, after receiving reports of a person down in the roadway, according to LAPD Officer Charles Miller.
